Why do we participate in INTERMOLD again?

In order to deeply cultivate the injection mold market in the UK and Western Europe, consolidate overseas channels, and connect with cutting-edge technology and high-quality customers, our factory participated in Interplas UK 2026 for the second time after 2023. From June 2 to June 4, 2026, we completed a three-day exhibition and exchange at the NEC Convention and Exhibition Center in Birmingham, UK.

This exhibition is hosted by Rapid News Communications Group, with an exhibition area of 35000 square meters, gathering more than 530 exhibitors from around the world and attracting about 30000 professional visitors. It is the largest and oldest rubber and plastic industry chain event in the UK. This exhibition focuses on showcasing three core advantageous products: multi cavity molds, dual color molds, and precision molds. It aims to showcase precision manufacturing, efficient mass production, and low-carbon adaptation capabilities in terminal fields such as automotive, home appliances, electronics, and packaging, achieving four major goals: brand exposure, customer expansion, technical benchmarking, and trend research.

Specific gains from this exhibition

（1） Brand cultivation: Continuously participating in exhibitions to strengthen market awareness in Western Europe

As a factory participating in INTERMOLD for the second time, our factory relied on the reputation and customer base accumulated in 2023 to quickly activate old customers and attract new visitors, resulting in a significant increase in booth inquiries and intentions. Through on-site samples, case books, and process explanations of multi cavity molds, dual color molds, and precision molds, we aim to convey our core competencies in professional injection mold customization, efficient and stable mass production, and complex process implementation. This will strengthen our image as a reliable, professional, and efficient overseas supplier and enhance our brand recognition in the UK and Western European markets.

（2） Customer Expansion: Rich high-quality leads and great potential for order conversion

The three-day exhibition has received a large number of professional buyers, engineers, and traders, covering fields such as automotive parts, home appliances, electronics, packaging, etc. The customer accuracy is high and the projects are clear. Our factory has outstanding advantages in multi cavity molds, two shot injection molds, precision molds, etc. We have successfully connected with multiple injection molding factories and traders in the UK and EU regions, and collected effective intention clues; Some customers provide 3D drawings and technical requirements on-site, entering the stage of quotation and proposal. At the same time, deeply maintain old customers, consolidate the annual cooperation framework, and clarify the follow-up new product development and mold fixed-point plan.

By observing the dynamic demonstrations of leading equipment manufacturers, participating in industry forums, and exchanging technology with peers, we can systematically learn advanced experiences in Western Europe such as high-precision machining, hot runner optimization, mold design for recycled materials, low-carbon manufacturing, and EU compliance. By benchmarking the forefront of the industry and combining our existing processes of multi cavity molds, dual color molds, and precision molds, we have identified areas for improvement in mold flow simulation, automated processing, standardized testing, and environmentally friendly material adaptation. We have developed a list of technological upgrades to provide direction for product iteration and overseas certification.

On site feedback shows that there is a strong demand for molds for automotive interior and exterior, home appliance structural components, and precision functional components. Customers are highly concerned about delivery time, stability, after-sales service, and compliance documents. Our factory’s multi cavity molds, dual color molds, and precision molds have the highest attention, especially suitable for large-scale, high-quality, and low-cost production needs in Western Europe, confirming that the product track is highly matched with market demand. Based on the exchange results, further clarify the product positioning, pricing system, delivery cycle, and service standards in the Western European market, and enhance the competitiveness of overseas orders.
